Washtenaw County buyers and renters are unusually design-aware. Ann Arbor's mid-century and modern homes, the deep porches and historic stock in Ypsilanti's Depot Town, and the walkable downtowns of Saline, Chelsea, and Dexter all reward photography that respects the architecture instead of flattening it.

We shoot with natural light in mind here — windows, wood, and sightlines — and add aerial work where the lot, the tree canopy, or the walk to downtown is part of the story. It also serves a heavy rental market: student and faculty housing near the University of Michigan and Eastern Michigan University turns over on a schedule that rewards good photos ready early.
